Ready to add more running to your life? Or to up your running game?

The runner you are becoming is within you! We are going to show you how to unleash her!

This course will support your 1/2 Marathon or 10K training. We're integrating two groups with distinct training plans to help you reach your goal - whatever the distance.

A group of CareerFit Moms are participating in the Niagara Falls Women’s Half Marathon on June 2, 2019 – this class will help you train for the event, or another summer 1/2 or 10K of your choice!

Included in the course:
  • Training schedule for you to follow - to build to a 10K or Half Marathon distance *1/2 participants - you should be comfortable running at least 5K by the time we start the program
  • Weekly group run in East Toronto - early Saturday mornings (7:30 or 8:00 am start, depending on distance)
  • Begins March 23rd and runs for 10 weeks
  • Cross Training workout video that you can do at home to ensure you’re staying injury free
  • Private Facebook Group for the CFM Running Community to help you stay accountable to your training. We’ll post tips, motivation and group news to celebrate everyone’s success.
With a combination of virtual and in-person training, education, and support you will love the feeling of achieving your running goals with a great group of women.

Beth and Helen are partnering to facilitate this program together, bringing you even more knowledge and expertise to progress your training in a safe and effective manner.
